Job Description
- Coordinate Rolling Sales Forecast process regionally, from a reporting pont of view;
- Propose, establish, discuss and implement a series of standard periodic reports on:
- Demand Planning;
- Sales Planning;
- Coordinate with local markets (8 Countries) to ensure proper understanding of all reports and reliability of data;
- Ensure that input from markets are reliable and provided on time;
- Understand local markets dynamics to implement correct analysis tools;
- Act as Project Leader for the regional implementation of Sales and Demand Planning activities.
- Min 2 years experience in a Sales or Financial Analyst role;
- Business minded, commercially driven, strong understanding of business processes;
- Very strong analytical skills, passion for analysis work;
- Excel and Powerpoint advanced user. Knowledge of Excel Macros is a must;
- Problem solving skills, proactive nature and initiative are a must;
- Focus on result and continuous improvement;
- Very organized, strong planning skills;
- Strong team spirit, open and generous attitude;
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred, Cantonese is a plus).
