Job Description

Safilo Regional HQs are looking for a talented Sales Analyst who will coordinate Rolling Sales forecast activities regionally by defining and managing a set of standard reports that will ease the communication flow among parties and provide support to the decision making process.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate Rolling Sales Forecast process regionally, from a reporting pont of view;
Propose, establish, discuss and implement a series of standard periodic reports on:

Demand Planning;
Sales Planning;

Coordinate with local markets (8 Countries) to ensure proper understanding of all reports and reliability of data;
Ensure that input from markets are reliable and provided on time;
Understand local markets dynamics to implement correct analysis tools;
Act as Project Leader for the regional implementation of Sales and Demand Planning activities.

Requirements:

Min 2 years experience in a Sales or Financial Analyst role;
Business minded, commercially driven, strong understanding of business processes;
Very strong analytical skills, passion for analysis work;
Excel and Powerpoint advanced user. Knowledge of Excel Macros is a must;
Problem solving skills, proactive nature and initiative are a must;
Focus on result and continuous improvement;
Very organized, strong planning skills;
Strong team spirit, open and generous attitude;
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred, Cantonese is a plus).
