Reporting to the Human Resources and Administraion Manager, the incumbent will assist to provide all-rounded HR and Admin support to the Department:

Job Description:

• Provide support in Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit functions  
• Coordinate Employee Relations Programme
• Responsible for daily general office and branch adminstration duties
• Consolidate documents for payment processing
• Involve in delivery activities from head office to warehouse
• Maintain filing system for the department
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
• 1 year relevant working experience  
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC applications: MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must
• Honest, reliable, self motivated, flexible, and able to work independently
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
