Job Description
Reporting to the Human Resources and Administraion Manager, the incumbent will assist to provide all-rounded HR and Admin support to the Department:
Job Description:
- Provide support in Recruitment, Compensation and Benefit functions
- Coordinate Employee Relations Programme
- Responsible for daily general office and branch adminstration duties
- Consolidate documents for payment processing
- Involve in delivery activities from head office to warehouse
- Maintain filing system for the department
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC applications: MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must
- Honest, reliable, self motivated, flexible, and able to work independently
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
