Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of HR and administrative support
• Handling office administration duties such as repair & maintenance , office & warehouse renovation ,procurement of office equipment and supplies to ensure overall company smooth and cost effectiveness
• Sourcing of office supplies and maintenance
• Handle staff leave and attendance records
• Other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with at least 2 years relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Able to work independently, under pressure and multi-task ability
• Attentive to details, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated and a good team player
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Working Hour: 09:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri), 09:00-13:00 (alt Saturday)
