Responsibilities:

• Handle full set documents, invoices, Letter of credit etc.
• Coordinate with factories / forwarder in shipping schedule.
• Follow up orders by coordinating with factories, suppliers & customer and issuing documentation.
• Contact with shipping lines to update shipment records

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in handling shipping documents
• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge in MS applications and Chinese work processing.
• Initiative, High sense of responsibility, well organized, good team work spirit and work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Based on experience, salary HKD10,000 - 14,000 with year end bonus
