Responsibilities:

• Handle logistics related arrangement for Service replacement / refund order
• Replace out sales order creation and replace in / out delivery order creation and arrangement
• Prepare daily replacement delivery report
• Closely work with Service Department and Call Centre to amend and follow up the pending orders
• Monitor payment of Service trade-in
• Monitor inventory consistency
• Support inbound and outbound related system transaction issues
• Support sample display related issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineering / Statistics or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' related experience on logistics operation
• Proactive with good supervisory skills, attentive to details and well-organized
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with innovative ideas
• Mature, independent, aggressive and self-motivated
• Experience in SAP is a must
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
