Job Description:

• System, Software, Hardware and Network problem determination and solving;
• Responsible for IT Equipment setup such as Servers, Network, PC, NAS, etc.;
• Provide recommendation to end-user on IT matters;
• Document all IT related documentation.

Basic Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer / Information Technology or related disciplines;
• At least 1 year hands on IT experience;
• MCSE & CCNA certificates or other equivalent qualifications preferable;
• Knowledge of common internet services such as Email, Web Ftp;
• Good computer and IP internetworking concept;
• Experience on network setup & maintenance is preferable;
• Good knowledge & experience on MS Windows XP/7, Windows Servers/Exchange Server and Mac PC support;
• Self-motivated, good manner and able to work under pressure;
• Immediate availability is preferred
