Responsibilities:

• Integral part of the Country Senior Management team, providing a comprehensive financial, commercial and decision making support service with the aim of improving business performance, managing financial risk and “Making excellence a habit”
• Significant contribution to the effective running of the business through evaluation of key strategies, profitability analysis and risk management. Provides a key link between business managers and finance to ensure financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes aligned with business needs and objectives
• Overall responsible for all aspects of financial management and control of the company accounting system

Requirements:

• University degree in accounting, finance, economics or internationally recognised accountancy qualification.
• At least 5 years experience in a senior role in finance (international company strongly preferred), and relevant experience in a service industry preferred.
• Experience of ‘translating’ the numbers into business language and excellent presentation skill
• Excellent in both spoken/written in English and good in spoken Cantonese
• Well versed with Implementation / Operations on SAP environment is preferable
  
• Experience in working in a matrix organisation advantageous
• Can work under pressure, sometimes to tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills across senior management and all levels within the organization
