Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will responsible to handle all classes of commercial line insurance (EC, PDBI, PAR, Motor, PPL, Marine Cargo, CAR, Professional Lines) and ensure the claims are settled effectively with compliance with the Company guideline. You will involve liaising with the surveyors/adjusters/investigators during the claims investigation and prepare the regular claims report for management’s review.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education;
• Minimum 5 years claims handling experience, in insurance broking firm preferred;
• Passed IIQE I, and II or holder of ACII or ANZIIF (Associate) preferred;
• Team work is essential whilst being proactive and working independently;
• Positive attitude and good team player;
• Presentable with good interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered a lower ranking position
