Job Responsibilities 職責

• To coordinate with trucking team for route planning 與送貨團隊協調及計劃送貨路線
• To manage home delivery order booking and follow up 管理及跟進送貨服務
• To responsible for relevant report and billing preparation 負責有關文件及單據處理
• To perform road show arrangement and coordination 負責安排推廣活動
• To provide support to ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor協助上司處理其他工作

Job Requirements

• Post-secondary education level or above 中五程度或以上
• At least 3 year experience in Logistics Operations 三年或以上有關經驗
• Having knowledge on HK domestic trucking operations 具安排本地運輸經驗
• Familiar with MS Office and SAP system would be preferable 熟悉MS Office 及SAP系統更佳
• Able to work under pressure and independent 可於壓力下工作及獨立性強
• Good interpersonal, communication skill and telephone manner 良好人際關係, 溝通技巧及電話應對
• Good command in both writing and speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin良好中、英文會話及書寫
