Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing and quality control requirements through working with the contract manufacturers
• Communicate job expectations and results to the facilities
• Monitor production process, control points, personnel and resources, cost reductions, etc
• Enforce the company’s established quality procedures and policies, and recommend new standards as required
• Ensure safe and clean work environment in compliance with company standards
• Maintain good working relationship with workers, foreman, supervisors and managers in the manufacturing facilities
• Provide manufacturing information and analyze production performance data
• Coordinate manufacturing activities with marketing, purchasing, vendors, etc
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge and networks

Requirements

• University degree, major in Manufacturing or Industrial Management degree but not mandatory
• 3-5 years working in a manufacturing facility
• Excellent people and communication skills for working with facility management and staff
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (speaking, reading and writing)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office preferable MS Outlook and MS Excel; Knowledge in 3D CAD, Solid Works preferred
• Based in Dongguan but required to travel up to 50% (between factories and to Hong Kong)

Salary package: RMB40,000 per month or more plus housing allowance for non local residents. Candidate will be responsible for paying PRC tax.
