Scope of Duties:

• Monitor spares demands and shortages on A/C Projects and report status timely.
• Liaise with Production, Planning and Customer representatives timely on spares shortages and delivery information.
• Source and cope with Aircraft On Ground (AOG) / critical shortages after normal office hours.
• Look for alternate parts or possibility of local manufacture of parts against shortages.
• Use the HAECO Systems to initiate shortage report and to conduct subsequent update and follow-up.  Update the spares progress data into the systems.
• Generate / review reports from HAECO Systems and Databank as required for material analysis and provide recommendations.
• Review processes and make recommendations as to where savings in cost or better delivery can be realized.
• Perform supervisory duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Aviation or equivalent
• 4-6 years relevant experience
• A good understanding of the supply market of aircraft parts
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Demonstrate strong leadership
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Able to work on shifts
