Responsibilities:

-          Key player in project teams in implementation and delivery of various project goals.

-          Support the building of our corporate image.

-          Organize, coordinate and implement social service activities and events.

-          Initiate and vet funding applications/bidding proposals.

-          Prepare publication materials and provide technical support on social media.

Requirements:

-          Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder or equivalent.

-          Minimum 2 years working experiences is required and with 1 year of event coordination experience.

-          Experience in leading student groups at tertiary institution will be an advantage.

-          Knowledge in social media, using software of multi-media (e.g. AI, Photoshop, Premiere, Dreamweaver etc), graphic design, video editing and website management.

-          Responsible, hard-working, detailed-oriented & independent.

-          Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (Putonghua).

-          Willing to work overtime with tight schedule, work on Public Holiday is required.

-          Passion to work in social services and student work is a plus.

*Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Community Relations Officer.
