Job Description

• Supervise a team of 8 staff to ensure smooth operation
• Negotiate with carriers, warehouse operators, subcontractor to determine tariffs
• Review standard operating procedures to maximize operation efficiency
• Arrange with overseas customs brokers to ensure that the goods and documents comply with customs regulations
• Interact with overseas branches/counterparts for immediate resolution of operational matters.
• Handle customer complaints
• Handle project shipments
