Job duties

• To handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for its listed or private subsidiaries in Hong Kong and overseas;
• To prepare annual and interim reports, announcements, circulars, board papers, board minutes and resolutions and organise board and shareholders’ meetings;
• To assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned from time to time; and
• To ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Business, Corporate Administration or related discipline
• 3 to 5 years company secretarial experience in listed companies or professional firms
• Student Member / Graduate of HKICS or ICSA is preferred
• Meticulous, initiative and able to work under pressure
• Well organised and detail-minded
• A team player with positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skill
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in CSA application is an advantage
