JOB DUTIES:

• Handle customer enquiries, contact suppliers, make quotations & follow up
• Sourcing products from websites, catalogues, etc.
• Edit documents & specifications in Paint.Net, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, etc.
• New potential customers promotion by emails, phone calls, etc.
• Process customer orders and supplier orders, arrangement for delivery, shipping & logistics, import/export declarations
• Filing of customer and supplier PO, invoices & correspondence, etc.
• Prepare regular reports of sales & purchases, etc.
• Incoming and outgoing goods checking & packing
• Payment follow-up
• Administration work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder
• 5 years+ experience
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• Fluent in PC software (Excel, Outlook, etc...)
• Good telephone manner& technique
• Character: well-organized, proactive, self-discipline, responsible, hardworking, punctual, detail-minded, polite
• Able to work under pressure & tight schedules
• Willing to work overtime
• Willing to learn & be independent

**5 days work (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)
