Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing shipping orders, arranging shipment booking and tracking shipments.
• Work with different parties to consolidate LCL shipments into FCL shipments as best as possible.
• Liaise and coordinate with vendors, forwarders and shipping companies for sea and air shipments
• Solid experience in handling full set I/E shipping & L/C documents in a timely fashion.
• Check documents to make sure they are in compliance with L/C conditions.
• Work closely with 3PL, merchandising and sales team to manage and collect shipping documentation and reports.
• Provide operational support to the logistics team
• Plan and schedule all deliveries to assure high customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
• Any additional duties and responsibilities based on the needs and evolution of the company’s business, product portfolio, and market conditions. 

Requirements:

• At least 3 years relevant Logistics Operation and Overseas Shipment experience is a must.
• Experience in handling Toys/Electronics logistics arrangement is a must.
• Strong communication skills with 3PL and primary stakeholders.
• Result-oriented, committed to deadlines, self-motivated.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Logistics Supervisor.
