Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operation business’s information sorting, coordination and summarization
• Processing quality management and provide feedback
• Sorting information from Service Centre, summarization for the analysis monthly report in Operations Section
• Review the working procedure and provide related training to Service Centre if necessaryAssist in conducting quality control
• Prepare monthly report and analysis of operations data
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

 Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in any disciplines, preferable in Logistics
• 1-2 years clerical workinig experience
• Proficiency in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and MandarinProficiency in report creation, knowledgeable in data analysis and writing
• Adapt to shift work, working experience in call centre is preferred
