Responsibilities:

• Handle general company secretarial duties, review contracts and agreements independently

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Business Administration / Management / Company Secretary
• Student Member of HKICS/ICSA
• At least 3 years’ solid experience of Company Secretarial, preferably gain with professional firms
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and company secretarial practice for Hong Kong and overseas companies
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• High proficiency in PC operations such as CSA, MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing
• A team player with positive attitude, good organization skills and detail-minded

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Temporary Company Secretarial Assistant)
