Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE
This position will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring the boutiques, warehouse and office security systems. The role will involve negotiating insurance contracts and claims management with external parties. As an internal consultant to the group, this role will also provide advise on security system implementation and event management policies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review Monthly Monitoring reports on stock levels ( own, consignment, ROs )
- Insurance renewals ( Block, PDBI, local lines ) and premium allocation
- Claims management including declaration, obtain information, negotiation with loss adjustors
- Check on the warehouse alarm equipment
- Review and monitor boutiques' security system and security procedures for Hong Kong and Macau and all the visits report
- Maintain proper filing of alarm system
- New boutiques construction administration including quotations, RSA approval, notify brands, construction check
- Quarterly maintenance reports review
JOB PROFILE
Solid commercial experience in the private sector focusing on operational security. Prior experience in retail or logistics will be advantageous. To qualify, you should be an excellent communicator and proficient in people management. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese are essential and Mandarin will be an added benefit.
