Main Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of shipping documents independently including Letter of Credit.
• Apply all Import / Export / China License and Permit.
• Liaise and coordinate internally and externally on shipping / local transportation.
• Monitor and update shipment status and proof of delivery.
• Responsible for Trade link declaration.
• Assist on compile KPI report.
• Assist the Logistics HJ support team on delivery arrangement against ATA Carnet.

Our Requirements:

• Post-secondary level or above.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the logistics and shipping industry.
• Good communication skill (Chinese and English).
• Able to handle full set of I/E shipping documents.
• Skill/Knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
• Hard working and willing to work overtime.
