Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Promote courses and assist customers sign up course
  • Answer enquiries from customers
  • Handling incoming calls, greeting visitors and operating daily counter duties in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Provide general administration work
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the department
  • Performing other ad hoc duties when required


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese;
  • Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fast-learner, well-organized with good communication skills
  • Stable, self-motivated and pleasant, with passion in frontline customer service and strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediately available preferred
