Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Promote courses and assist customers sign up course
- Answer enquiries from customers
- Handling incoming calls, greeting visitors and operating daily counter duties in a professional and pleasant manner
- Provide general administration work
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the department
- Performing other ad hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with at least 1 year relevant experience
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese;
- Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Fast-learner, well-organized with good communication skills
- Stable, self-motivated and pleasant, with passion in frontline customer service and strong sense of responsibility
- Immediately available preferred
