Responsibilities:-

• Assist to Secretary
• Handling telephone calls and other general administrative works 
• Some accountings works such as prepare receipt voucher, petty cash and handle staff reimbursement claims
• Prepare quotations and purchase orders
• Maintain filing system

Requirements:-

• Form 5 with secretarial training preferable
• 1 year relevant experience preferred
• Accountings knowledge is an advantage or LCCI Intermediate 
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to learn, well organized and multi-tasking
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Outdoor work is required
• Immediate available is a must
