Job Description
The Job:
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming/outgoing mails and courier services, including preparation of necessary documentation and record maintenance
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Handle travel arrangement, including air ticket, hotel booking, car pick-up, visa application, etc.
- Handle stationery ordering, pantry & office supplies and stock keeping
- Arrange repair & maintenance for office faciliites and equipment
- Perform other office administration tasks as assigned by supervisor
The Person:
- Completion of Form 5 or above

At least 3 years or above relevant experience preferably gained in MNC/Retail/Garment sector

Prior experience in travel arrangement is a must

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Pleasant, polite, initiative with positive working attitude. A team player

Well organized. Ability to work under pressure

Good interpersonal and communication skills
