Job duties:

• Provide sales & customer services in the following areas:
• Local Tours
• China Visa
• Macau/China Tour
• Ticketing/Hotel reservation
• Other ad-hoc requests
• Develop excellent customer service skills through constant interaction with customers in different languages (English, Mandarin, Cantonese)
• Build a strong network of relationship with various hotels and trade partners

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Reasonable command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Energetic and pleasant reception manner
• Shift duties is required, relevant experience in tourism or hotel industry is an advantage
• No experience or fresh graduate will be considered 
• Guarantee monthly salary during probation period
• After probation: basic salary + bonus + commission
