(Working Location: Kowloon Bay)

Reporting to Supply Chain Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible to coordinate Nespresso shipments with relevant parties including factories, internal departments & 3PL, handle daily stock deliveries and transfers , perform stock reconciliation, take lead in monthly stock take, handle shipping related documents and I/E declaration and assist in any ad-hoc Supply Chain projects such as for the Supply Chain Department of Nespresso.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Supply Chain or Logistics disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, experience gained from 3PL will be an advantage
• Strong business sense, experience in demand planning will be another advantage
• Responsible, attention to accuracy, proactive and a good team player with good communications skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Good PC knowledge especially in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with WMS/ ERP systems
