Job Duties:

• Provide support to users including troubleshooting for PC hardware and software
• Install and upgrade desktop hardware, software and peripherals
• Support daily office network and computer facilities
• Daily system, security and backup monitoring and maintenance
• Provide support for other in-house systems

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, MS windows PC/Server
• Highly motivated, a quick learner, and a “self-starter”
• Good communication skills
