Requirements:

• Creates and maintains a status report for game production, detailing the status of schedule, outstanding issues and production
•  Forecasts time and resources for upcoming tasks and creates plans for allocating internal resources and third party contractor if necessary
• Regularly interfaces with the managers and team leads to discuss progress, evaluate status, resolve issues and share information; Update managers and other team members of the progress on assorted tasks

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or equivalent role for game, digital entertainment or related industry
• Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle uncertainties; Strong capability to multitask and prioritize; Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills are required to manage scheduling, contracts and resources for multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to communicate with a wide variety of audiences ranging in skill set (highly technical to non-technical) and experience (individual contributors to executive management), cross-organizationally and with external partners.
• Passion for game industry or digital entertainment.
• Knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and productivity tools with significant project management experience is a plus
