• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business related discipline
•  Minimum 3 yearsrelevant experience with strong marketing background
•  Good people skills; able to interface with all levels of management and work effectively with diverse groups of people
• Strategic thinking, highly motivated, result-oriented and strong analytical skills
• Excellent presentation skills and strong leadership
•  Excellent communication skills, with good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

Actual Job Duties:

•  In corporation with Business Development Manager, to formulate marketing strategies to ensure successful achievement of segment volume and distribution targets accordingly to the within budget.
• Explore new business opportunities by expanding the business with existing and potential customers
• Plan and implement all aspects of marketing activities including product development, marketing program, media plan, promotion campaigns etc.
• Develop and maintain effective relationship with major business partners
• Work closely with different parties such as advertising agency and different internal Line of Business to process promotion activities
• Conduct market, competition and audience behavior analysis and researches; Determine market requirements for existing and future events and products
• Perform ad hoc assignment as per assigned by Management

An advantage would be:

• Experienced in the marketing field ofamusement park / entertainment industry
