Job Description :

• Oversee/ supervise all aspects of process involving cargo booking/steering and vessel space /allocation management in Trans Pacific Eastbound trade
• Monitor and ensure minimum space allocation and idol
• Track and monitor performance results vs. plan, identify gaps/problem areas, and assist in implementing appropriate countermeasures proactively
• Troubleshoot problem areas involving customer/carrier performance and other operational issues
•  Liaise and coordinate closely with origin/destination offices and assist in problem resolution
•  Maintain various KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports
• Report to team manager

Qualification & experience:

• Work experience related to trade / pricing with container liner company and/ or NVOCC/  freight forwarder preferred but not manadatory.
• Ability to work across functionally and build partnership relationships internally and externally.
• Strong numerate, analytical, business savvy and problem solving skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Diploma holder or above in logistics management or related disciplines.
• Proactive, ambitious, hard working and possesses middle level MS Office usag.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English , Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediately available preferred
