Position Description

JMATEK has been a major player in the Evaporative Air Cooler market worldwide. The company has exclusive designs and models which are marketed worldwide under the Honeywell Brand. To keep pace with its innovation and growth the company requires an Assistant Accountant.

Major responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Work on reconciliation of A/R & A/P
• Prepare monthly sales report & perform financial analysis
• Support on month end closing and prepare financial statement & comparative analysis
• Handle assigned ad hoc tasks
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-6 years working experience in accounting field
• Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Accountable & high sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of Flex Accounting System will be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Ability to work under pressure and produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
