Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily administration work, esp. telecommunication matter
• Assist in providing main reception service support when require
• Prepare various administration reports
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in office administration
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Detail-minded, polite and good inter-personal skill
