Responsibilities:

• ŸProvide full range of professional technical/administrative support to President
• ŸMight need to travel with President and provide necessary support
• ŸHandle ad hoc projects as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with 2 to 3 years working experience
• ŸGood experience in serving expatriate senior management
• ŸSmart, energetic, self-motivated, good planning and well-organized
• ŸDiscrete and trustworthy 
• ŸNative English speaker/writer with good spoken and written Chinese, preferably including Mandarin
• ŸProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
