Responsibilities :

• To manage 1-2 café operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure food quality, service standard, hygiene & safety and café ambience meeting standard
• Maximize business opportunities and profitability by exercising local marketing and cost control
• Train and ensure all staff provide good customers service standards and achieve the company’s business targets
• Conduct regular inspection of dining room, food receiving, preparation, production and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations are being adhered to standard at all times.
• Prepare and analysis sales and costing information and budget control.
• Work with the Head Chef on purchasing management, cost control and logistics management
• Formulate and set up food service standard. To conduct and maintain high quality training to uniform an excellent service team

Requirements:

• A degree in hotel and catering holder with at least 5 years’ management experience in Catering or Hotel industry, with 3 years supervisory level
• Knowledge of Italian and western food items. Experience in chain store management is preferred
• Independent, strong sense of ownership and good leadership skill.
• Strong business sense, good logic thinking and experience in sales trend analysis.
• Strong service mind with passion in food service
• Hands-on F&B operational workflow, cost and budgetary control
• Able to prepare quality training guide, to form a strong service team through quality training delivery skills
• Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills and attention to details
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. 
• Station in Shanghai
