Job Duties:  

• Arrange merchandises, inspections, containers & documents within the Company and forwarder and factory
• Perform cargo planning, maintain close communication & coordination with forwarder & warehouse In & Out
• Communicate with vendors and forwarders on shipment arrangement
• Responsible for daily shipment operations & prepare full set of shipping documentation
• Process & send out samples;
• General merchanding duties; etc

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• Minimum 4 years working experience; computer
• Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Photoshop)
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese

Work location: next to Lai Chi Kok MTR station
