In view of the aggressive growth of Gap in Hong Kong, we are recruiting an experienced, high caliber professional to join our store as Loss Prevention Agent, reporting to the Loss Prevention Supervisor based in Hong Kong.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Minimize the financial losses of the store related to theft, vandalism, accident and injury;
• Detect safety issues and security violations;
• Ensure Gap Inc corporate policies and procedures are adhered to.

Candidate Specifications:

• 1 year of experience within a big box / mid-market retail environment, and preferably has experience in loss prevention or security;
• Experienced in cash handling theft, inventory control, facilities and equipment damage, security access violations, fraud, and audits of employee activities;
• Experienced in Health & Safety;
• Expert in store systems, processes and policy and procedure;
• Ability to demonstrate success in a position of authority;
• Ability to model professional behavior at all times;
• Ability to give basic direction to sales associate level employees;
• Ability to motivate sales associates to proactively follow the policy and procedures of the company;
• Ability to interact and work as a team towards a common goal;
• Attention to detail, acute observation and analytical skills are essential;
• Bi-lingual in both Mandarin and English preferred.
