Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment activities including recruitment advertisement draft, interviews arrangement and employment contract preparation

• Liaise with Department to get better understanding of their recruitment needs

• Support in C&B duties such as monthly part-time payroll, prepare staff movement correspondence and EC Cases

• Assist in HRIS implementation and ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management

• At least 3 years working experience in full spectrum HR functions, preferably gained in large-sized or multinational corporations

• Hands-on experience in using HR system

• Well versed in Employment Ordinance a related ordinance

• Mature, Independent and with excellent interpersonal skills

• Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus

• Immediately available is preferred and less experience will be also considered
