Discover Bay Recreation Club and Club Siena offer high quality services and luxurious facilities for the 6,000+ Discovery Bay member residents. A comprehensive range of recreational, sports, food and beverage, events and meetings facilities are provided for the enjoyment of the members and their guests (www.dbrc.hk)

The incumbent will be in charge of the overall management and operations of both clubs, ensuring that they are functioned in a quality and efficient manner in compliance with the budget. He/she will be responsible for the planning, organization, promotion and delivery of quality services, programs and events. He/she will also lead and manage the various teams (such as sports and events, housekeeping, front desk, F&B, etc.) and service providers to achieve the service and financial targets.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma holder in preferably in Hotel/Hospitality/Recreation, Sports or Event Management;
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably with F&B or catering experience;
• Strong leadership & communication skills;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Good planning and organizing skills with strong business acumen;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
