IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with vendors and service providers for different IT related issues

• Communicate effectively with different users and vendors to ensure the project development with good quality

• Establish and maintain the servers, office network, computers and applications

• Support on-site software & hardware installation, repair and maintain the operation in shops and office

• Handle ad-hot tasks & troubleshoot application and networking problems

• Weekend support and occasional night job are required

  
  Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years solid experience on IT and Server support experiences, preferably in Retail industry

• Solid experience in hardware & software troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows Server, SQL

• Knowledge of web design / programming is a plus

• Able to manage personal workload, work as a team with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

• Good problem solving skill and can work under pressure

• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant IT Officer
