• Overseeing production process, drawing up and monitoring production schedule
• Ensuring effective and efficient production costs, on time and good quality production
• Evaluating and improving existing manufacturing models and methods
• Working out human and material resources needs, and timescale for production
• Coordinating with different departments and reviewing worker performance
• Being responsible for selection and maintenance of machineries
• Implementing company policies and goals

Requirements

• At least 10 years factory production experiences in footwear or toys industries
• Technical knowledge and strong production solving ability is a must
• Good organizational & analytical skills and able to communicate all levels
• Station in Dongguan factory
