Requirements:

• Able to identify new products for South America & Asia markets;
• 6-10 years product development experience of which minimum 2 years in Lighting equipment and accessories;
• Project management skills;
• Experience in Asia & South America market;
• Good understanding of product development cycle and various manufacturing processes;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Energetic, systematic and detail minded;
• Responsible for leading Product Development for various Lighting equipment & accessories;
• Product development from customer idea generation, product concept to mass production starts;
