RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and maintain daily store operations
• Maintain high quality of customer service and store image
• Provide necessary staff training and monitoring staff performance on KPI’s
• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets set by company
• Tracks and reports sales performance
• Maintain visual presentation according to VM guidelines
• Manage inventory and stock management
• Provide assistance in staff recruitment, CRM program and market information checking

REQUIREMENTS:

• Post-secondary education or above
• At least 5 years solid experience in related industries, including 2+ years of shop management experience
• Excellent in coaching, selling technique and communication skills
• Mature, independent, self-motivated and proactive personality
• Results driven and team-oriented with positive and engaging attitude  
• Excellence in leadership and people management skills
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Familiar with computer software, such as email, word and excel.
• Less experience would be considered as Assistant Shop Manager
