Responsibilities                    

• Maintain day-to-day control of all accounting systems and accurate processing of financial data
• Assist to  produce management accounts            
• Assist to manage the accounts receivable and payable functions and prepare weekly and monthly reports            
• Monitor expenditure against budgets and advise of any significant variances to maintain efficiency of internal control    
• Travel to branch offices in China when needed    
• Work on location for film production when needed.    

                                
Requirements                    

• University degree holder in accounting or finance with minimum 5 years of experience in accounting field, previous  experience in Advertising & Film production preferred              
• Company secretarial knowledge is an advantage        
• Good computer skills including Excel and Word         
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• High level of accuracy and detail orientation        
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedule
