A unique opportunity has arisen for a Project Finance Manager to join one of the leading Resources company in Asia, based in Hong Kong, and report directly to the General Manager in HK.

Responsible

• Work closely with new Project Development team and mainly undertake finance execution with lenders

• Responsible for execution of debt and equity raising for few projects including execution of Long Term Project Finance, mezzanine finance and pure equity funding with project sponsors.

• Lead the execution together with other member, finance&accounting and in-house legal department of the company as well as with external financial advisors and legal counsel

• Participate company acquisition and/or new project development team from time to time and undertake due-diligence and feasibility study session.

• Create and update long term cash flow plan, P&L budget and business forecasting of new projects entities together with external financial advisors and finance&accounting team of the company

• Plan and execute acquisition, alliance program with business partners under supervision of Board of Directors and General Manager of the company

• Provide finance, compliance, investment analysis and portfolio management support to Corporate development and restructuring

• Provide Economic Research and Industrial Research and Country Risk Research report periodically

• Report to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Planning and Development Department.

• Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Team

• There are around 7 - 8 employee under the General Manager ( Japanese ), mostly Hong Kong People.
• You will closely related to Legal and Accounting team 

HK office

• As a function of head quarter, there are multi national culture, closely work with Chinese, Korean, Western People, and Indian.

Requirements 

• Around 5 - 7 years project experience in Finance, eg M&A or Project Finance or Corporate Finance in-house side
• Frequent travel to Various countries is required ( Basically 3-4days, sometimes 7-10days)
• Flexibility and wide responsibility, like a who wants to work oversea and want to be an Executive Management in the future
• Proficient in both spoken and written English is MUST, Chinese is preferred
• Good communication, presentation, analytical skill with strong team worker
