Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform all-rounded HR & Administration functions (Hong Kong, Macau & Singapore)
For HR role:
- Handle in recruitment & selection, monthly payroll calculation & MPF administration, tax & issue labour tribunal case, prepare final payment and conduct orientation and exit interview for general staff
- Assist in implement HR projects, such as performance appraisal annual budgeting, salary review, salary surveys etc;
- Assist in formulate and review HR policies & procedures
- Implement new HR system
- Work closely with retail department to launch new commission scheme
- Responsible for insurance administration & renewal
- Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by management
For office administration role:
- Supervise the receptionist and office assistant to provide full spectrum of administration functions
- Responsible for company events and staff activities such as annual dinner and staff outings
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain best prices for office supplies and equipment, IDD plans, hotel corporate rates, etc.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling the office expense and budget.
- Handle ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree Holder in HRM or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years' solid HR & Administration experience of which some practical PRC and SEA experience is a plus
- Experience in MNC or retail industry preferred
- Familiar with HK employment rules and practices
- Attentive to details with good organization skills and high sensitivity to figures
- People-oriented and able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to work independently and willing to accept responsibilities
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, mature and responsible
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
