Job Descriptions: 

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to the client's daily use of PC , i-Pad and other devices
• Identify problems, troubleshoot and escalte to next level support effectively
• Perform duty as IT helpdesk team on client's site

 

Requirements:  

• Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' hands on experience in computer support, PC LAN Support and Windows 7 / Vista system administration
• Possess MCSE and CCNA is a definite advantage
• Excellent customer service manner, hard-working, independent and self-initiative
• Good command of English and Cantonese
