Responsibilities:

• ž Handle all types of General Insurance products claims;
• ž Examine and approve the cases under predefined authority level;
• ž Analyze and prepare claims statistics report;
• ž Respond and answer customers’ claims enquiries; 
•  Liaise with business colleagues / underwriters on any policy coverage issues.

Requirements: 

• ž Minimum 3+years of experience in handling of General Insurance products claims.
• ž Post-Secondary education graduates or above.
•  žPossession of ACII, ANZIIF or in progress is preferred.
•  žAble to work independently or under supervision and as a fast team player.
•  Good telephone manner and excellent customer service.
• ž Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and PC skills e.g. MS Office, etc.
•  Immediate available will be an advantage.
