Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the product assembly line to ensure a smooth production operation
• Manage staff training, cost control, material handling, product labeling and product lot recording for the product assembly line
• Maintain Bill of Material (BOM) and calculate the material required to ensure enough stock to support the day-to-day production
• Plan the daily production operation based on sales forecast, seasonal launch, shipment schedule and productivity output for different varieties of products
• Analyze operational efficiency on respective cost and daily productivity output
• Analyze the production capacity and optimize the usage of manpower
• Set up production targets, Key Performance Index (KPI) and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for the product assembly line
• Work with the Quality Assurance Department to set up hygiene standard for the assembly line and product handling procedures

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Food Science
• At least 5 years' experience in managing a production team of at least 30 staff, preferably in food manufacturing industry and FMCG sector
• Good knowledge in HACCP, GMP, ISO9001 is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Independent, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin is an advantage
