We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our leasing team. The incumbent will be responsible for doing extensive market research, leasing of a commercial/ office portfolio which includes negotiating with prospective tenants on all leasing matters, executing leasing strategy to maximize the investment return and preparing forecast and budget for the portfolio.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Real Estate/ Business Administration/ Marketing/ Property Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years’ leasing experience in commercial properties;
• Strong business sense and possess drive for excellence;
• Extensive connections with retailers and properties agencies;
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
• Good command in English and Chinese;
• Working location: Tsuen Wan.
