JOB DESCRIPTION

• Establish procurement and supplier management system
• Responsible for suppliers development and management
  
• Responsible for the management of import and export business
• Responsible for the management of purchasing production materials, equipments and spare parts
• Responsible for the management of purchasing office supplies & equipment, and appliances for labor protection
• Responsible for the management of transportation services and transportation outsourcers
• Other tasks assigned by the company

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree in science and engineering or related field
  
• 6+ years experience in procurement and supplier management, at least 3 years in a supervisory position
• Experience with sourcing suppliers, negotiations, contract management and the establishment of supplier service measurement standards
• 3+ years experience in import & export management
• Strong problem identification and resolution skills, strong decision making ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and communication skills
• Fluent Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  
• Prior experience within the semiconductor or plastic industry is a plus
• Most of the time will need to work in Zhuhai, China
