Responsibilities:

• To prepare and run reports for the buyers in order for them to manage the business as requested: daily, weekly, monthly, season end
• To closely monitor the stock level and maintain optimum levels of stock in system at all times
• To input orders and chase vendor for order confirmation
• To handle special orders promptly and efficiently to meet customers’ request
• To handle store enquiries of merchandise promptly and efficiently to minimize any delay or disruption for the customer

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above
• Preferred 1 year of experience in merchandising field or retail of home & lifestyle industry
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Strong analytical ability with excellent communication skills
